Quick as shadows, they snatched the four Vedas and dove deep into the darkest part of the ocean!
They grabbed all four Vedas and swam away into the deep, dark ocean!

Narrator
When Brahma finally awoke, he reached for the Vedas — but they were gone! Without them, he couldn't remember how to create the universe.

Hayagriva jumped into the dark ocean! He swam deeper and deeper. The bad guys had filled the water with tricks and scary shadows!

It must be so dark and scary down there!
Oh no! It looks so dark and spooky!

It was! But Hayagriva's inner light could not be dimmed. Knowledge itself was his armor.

At the very bottom of the ocean, Hayagriva found the asuras' fortress. Madhu and Kaitabh guarded the Vedas with all their dark power.
